A savoury day at the Domaine de l’Arjolle

A deep blue sky and a winter sun at its best, a slightly smoked Foie gras accompanied by the sweet Lyre and the smooth Cuvée Equilibre, crispy roasted Boudin noir with a very inviting Syrah-Cabernet, fresh Oysters from the Mediterranean for our savoury Sauvignon 2010, seafood napped into puff pastry in perfect harmony with the Equinoxe, our Cabernet 2008, fully aware of looking good, hand in hand with a delicious tongue ragout, powerful Paradoxe dancing with a creamy Fourme d’Ambert, spicy chocolate, cinnamon and caramel for a fantastic Palais Royal…

All in all a very savoury day!
