ATTENTION GREAT WINE !
Domaine de l’Arjolle Chardonnay Dernière Cueillette 2007, IGP Côtes de Thongue
Prepare your taste buds: This Chardonnay, Dernière Cueillette 2007 is already fantastic, having probably not even revealed its whole potential. The nose? An endless surprise of Eucalyptus and Camphor. The mouth? A firework of taste - complex, original and elegant - with fresh acidity and incredible length. You might guess the barrel ageing, without having “woody” aromas.
Very classy!
Terre de Vins, July-August 2010 issue
Besides a successful range of varietal wines, we specially noticed a stunning white wine, marked by oxidative aromas. Those who do not like the beautiful wines from the French Jurrasic will pass their way. This Chardonnay has been made in a traditional way, with a couple of months of ageing in oak barrels. It is absolutely delicious on a French Comté cheese!
