Encouraging words in the last issue of the German wine magazine Weinwirtschaft, after a great tasting of wines from CAHORS to celebrate 40 years of existence of the AOC. (Extract from the article by André Dominé for Weinwirtschaft, 15/11)

You see, wine does not need to satisfy our increasing demand for perfection, to offer amemorable taste experience.
